Japanese Wine
The Japanese archipelago stretches long and narrow from north to south, and wine is produced in various regions from Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu in the south. Hilly regions, basins, coastal areas, and mountainous regions are all suitable for wine production, and the variety of grape varieties selected and cultivated to suit the region and climate allow for a wide variety of wines to be enjoyed in each region.
In addition to Koshu (Grapes for white wine) and Muscat Baily A (Grapes for red wine), which are indigenous to Japan, European varieties such as Merlot and Chardonnay are being actively produced,and some wineries have won awards at international competitions. In addition, varieties from the North American continent such as Concord and Niagara are also grown In Japan, making it a valuable wine-producing country where a wide variety of grape varieties can be enjoyed.

Minimum of 2 people. We have a model plan for a day trip from Tokyo or Kyoto. We generally offer tours every day, but if you already have a preferred date, please contact us in advance. If more than 3 person would like to visit, we can arrange for a maximum of 6 people to visit together.
