Private Tour
Hokkaido
Hokkaido, the largest island in Japan, is comparable to the size of Austria. The average temperature from April to October is the lowest in Japan, comparable to that of Champagne and the Rheingau region, and German varieties, Pinot Noir, and wines indigenous to Japan such as "Yamasachi" can be enjoyed. In the past, the region was known for its whisky production.
The region is also widely known for its whisky production, such as in Yoichi, formerly known as a whisky-producing region, and even in Obihiro.
